I need those whose opinions I value most (yes, that would be you) to take a vote to help me decide.
She can be something different for the ward activity and for Halloween, so if you really can't decide you can pick two of the three.
PS She doesn't like any of them! As I took the pictures she got progressively more ticked off! I was lucky to get her to smile in Cinderella's dress, but she is annoyed with anything on her head, whether it's a headband or a hood. So don't let that smile fool you because she hates them all!

Hey Sally. Sooooo cute. Anyway, I think the penguin for Halloween because it is the warmest. At that age my kids' fun always ended too soon because they got cold. For the party I vote for Cinderella.
I vote for the kangaroo. She looks so cute in it.
If she has a problem with things on her head, then I would go with Cinderella because the hat part isn't an absolute necessity to the costume.
I agree with Giggles, whoever that is. She'll be more mobile in that costume as well. She wouldn't be about to move much with that penguin on. That would tick me off if I was her!
My vote is for the Cinderella one - she just makes such a pretty princess! :) (But, if you're going to take her out very long the night of Halloween, then I have to agree with Cindy. Maybe the penguin would be good for prolonged outdoors on Halloween night.)
I like cinderella because she doesn't look very happy in the other two. I think her smile says it all.
