In case you were wondering how my kiddos are doing:
And in case you're wondering what else I've been up to, I'll tell you a little story.
Back when Sam was a baby I got a free dresser. It was never a favorite piece of furniture but it did the job. Until recently. It really stopped doing its job. I cannot even open and close the drawers.

So I started the new-dresser-hunt. Every time I looked at DI I never found something that I could use or was willing to pay the price.
Until one day at DI, I saw this little one:

Not exactly my idea of good decor, but I saw potential. And a price tag I could handle. So I convinced Jason it would be worth the $25 and we loaded it up.
I immediately went to Pinterest :) I knew I'd find something good on there! And I did!
I found two similar dressers that I really liked. So with a sander and some paint, the "beautiful princess" dresser is now something I'm willing to put in my home:
And because I'm married to Jason, and he seems to think we live on a farm of some sort:
One of 11 bunnies we currently have: (And no, that doesn't include the 5 adult rabbits.)
Oh and meet Archie.
Because, honestly, who can resist kittens?

Sally you are amazing! And your kids are adorable.
That dresser is so cute!! And so are your kiddos. I think that Liv totally looks like you. (Lucky girl!!)
Pinterest for life. I love the dresser! The kids are getting TOO BIG! Make it stop! And I LOVE Archie (you know how Justin feels about cats, so I'm living my dreams through you guys). When are you coming to California? Please say soon. I miss you.
Wow! I'm super impressed. That dresser looks incredible!
Ha, such a funny post! I love the picture of Livia, she totally looks like you and makes your same faces. When I saw the first picture of the dresser with the princess decor still on it, I totally thought, "Please tell me Sally didn't do that princess stuff to a dresser" I was very relieved that you found it that way, that you did not do it and that you promptly changed it :) he he
